Data collected and purpose

The data collected through the “Your project” form is: name, email address, establishment name and message content. It is collected with your explicit consent, for the sole purpose of responding to your request and discussing a possible engagement. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Partner space accounts involve processing account data (identity, email, linked establishment, documents and billing) required to deliver the service.

Retention period

Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange. Data related to an engagement: the duration of the contractual relationship, after which accounting documents are kept for the applicable legal period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to ds.experienceconsulting@gmail.com: you will receive a reply within one month at most.

Legal bases for processing

Contact form and non-essential cookies: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Partner space, documents and billing: performance of the contract concluded with your establishment. Retention of accounting records: compliance with a legal obligation.

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible only to DS Experience Consulting and, where applicable, to authorised collaborators. It is processed by our technical providers: Lovable (site hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional emails) and Google Analytics (audience measurement, only after consent). No data is sold or transferred for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside Côte d'Ivoire

Some of these providers host data outside Côte d'Ivoire (European Union, United States). These transfers are governed by the contractual data protection commitments made by these providers.

Cookies

Non-essential cookies are only set after you give your consent through the consent banner. Details of the categories, their duration and how to manage your preferences are set out in the cookie policy.

Security

Data is hosted and processed securely: encrypted connections, access restricted to authorised persons only, data segregated by establishment and mandatory authentication for the partner space. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

Complaints

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority — in Côte d'Ivoire, ARTCI (Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d'Ivoire).
