This vision has taken shape over seventeen years of experience between France and Africa, where I have seen the same truth confirmed again and again: the establishments that leave a lasting mark are not simply those that master the codes of hospitality. They are the ones that give their teams the means to embody, every day, an experience that is sincere, consistent and true to their identity.
Mauritian culture passed on to me a precious heritage: a form of hospitality in which care for others is not always visible, but is deeply felt. Working later in the world of luxury, this vision grew richer through constant high standards, without ever losing its essence: people.
